Kerry Kemp

Graduate Student

Kerry is a PhD student in the College of Natural Resources at the University of Idaho.  Her interests are in the impacts of global climate change on vegetation distributions and disturbances (e.g., fire) in forested ecosystems. Her research focuses on the interaction of burn severity and regional and microclimate controls on post-fire regeneration success in lower montane forests across Idaho and Northwestern Montana. Kerry has a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
